As a Front Office Assistant* in Madrid, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our company in its day-to-day business.

Evernest is redefining the buying and selling of residential real estate in Europe's major cities. Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our customers, real estate agents and colleagues on site

  • Professional answering and forwarding of incoming phone calls

  • Reception and care of our guests as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and events

  • Organisation, planning and booking of business trips

  • Independent office organization including ordering office supplies

  • General administrative and organizational tasks


Qualifications:

  • You have studied in the commercial sector or equivalent

  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry

  • You are organized and work efficiently

  • You are a friendly, open-minded person who enjoys making phone calls

  • You are characterized by a positive and empathetic charisma

  • You have knowledge of basic office tools

  • You are the good soul for our office in Madrid

  • You have excellent written and spoken Spanish skills and good written and spoken English skills
