As a Front Office Assistant* in Madrid, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our company in its day-to-day business.

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for our customers, real estate agents and colleagues on site
Professional answering and forwarding of incoming phone calls
Reception and care of our guests as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
Organisation, planning and booking of business trips
Independent office organization including ordering office supplies
General administrative and organizational tasks
Qualifications:
You have studied in the commercial sector or equivalent
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry
You are organized and work efficiently
You are a friendly, open-minded person who enjoys making phone calls
You are characterized by a positive and empathetic charisma
You have knowledge of basic office tools
You are the good soul for our office in Madrid
You have excellent written and spoken Spanish skills and good written and spoken English skills
