Evernest is a proptech startup with Product Teams located in Hamburg and Berlin. Our mission is to create Europe’s best platform for real estate agents and completely redefine how homes are bought and sold in metropolitan areas. After successfully launching operations in major German cities, we are now in the process of expanding to Spain.

We combine startup culture with years of extensive industry experience, creating a web platform as well as a mobile app that seamlessly integrates and innovates upon every step of a real estate agent’s user journey.

We firmly believe in empowered cross functional product teams and a deep and organic relationship of discovery and delivery processes. Thus you can expect to be integrated into a team of strong peers of different domains and your work will be measured by the outcomes of your team’s inventions.

Responsibilities

  • You continuously drive and strengthen our learning and outcome driven cross functional product culture

  • You run product discoveries with ongoing immediate access to your user base

  • You co-define the roadmap for your team

  • You get the best out of your team by fostering collaboration with your users as well as engineering and design peers

  • You are responsible for inventing perfect solutions for the Spanish market

  • You build close ties to the Spanish operations team

  • Regardless of your capabilities you are humble and embrace improving your craft and a learning mindset

  • Willingness to travel to Spain (or Germany if you are based in Madrid) every once in a while is a strong plus


Qualifications

  • Your track record is proof of your capabilities of being a product person for the whole stretch: from discovery to business and user outcomes

  • While you have the support of your team, you can run discovery and delivery efforts self-sufficiently

  • You share our values of user centricity, outcome orientation and a focus on cross functional teamwork between product, design and engineering talent

  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • You live in or are willing to move to the Madrid or Berlin metropolitan area

  • German language skills are a plus but not required
